Membership members   The Volvo Club of British Columbia is a growing group of approximately 400 members dedicated to the restoration, preservation, safe operation and enjoyment of Volvos both old and new.

Founded in May 1992, the V.C.B.C. is a nonprofit association managed by a group of six directors, who combine their automotive knowledge and enthusiasm to organize a variety of club events. V.C.B.C. holds swap meets, show and shines, picnics, technical sessions and participates in events with Volvo clubs in Washington and Oregon.

From the beginning the club has enjoyed the corporate sponsorship of Don Docksteader Motors. They generously provide a location for our meetings and swap meets and provide funding for the printing of our newsletters and bulletins.

Club benefits include a membership card which entitles members to discounts on "over the counter" new and used parts from a variety of B.C. companies listed in our newsletter. We also provide a membership list which details cars owned, services provided and parts available from the members. At our annual picnic we encourage members to contribute food donations which we give to a lower mainland Food Bank.

We welcome any input from our club members and encourage submissions to our quarterly newsletter. Members can place classified ads in the newsletter at no charge.

Welcome to the Volvo Club of British Columbia.
